1. General Policy
All enrollments at Gurukul of Vedic Astrology are made with careful consideration. Due to the nature of our educational Programs, all fees once paid are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.
2. Cancellation by the Student
Students may choose to cancel their enrollment at any time.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the student, regardless of whether the Program has commenced or not.
Non-attendance, partial attendance, or discontinuation of the Program shall not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Gurukul of Vedic Astrology
Gurukul of Vedic Astrology reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a Program due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to faculty unavailability, technical issues, or force majeure events.
In such cases:
Participants may be offered rescheduling, credit toward a future Program, or
A refund at the sole discretion of Gurukul of Vedic Astrology, depending on the circumstances.
4. Payment Plans and Installments
If a payment plan or installment option is approved, all committed installments must be paid in full, even if the student discontinues the Program.
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
5. Program Transfers
Fees paid for one Program cannot be transferred to another Program or to another student.
Requests for Program transfers will not be entertained under any circumstances.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds under exceptional circumstances (such as serious medical emergencies) may be considered solely at the discretion of Gurukul of Vedic Astrology, subject to submission of valid supporting documentation. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.
7. Digital Content and Recorded Sessions
Once access is granted to digital content, online materials, or recorded sessions, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
