• Gurukul of Vedic Astrology reserves the right to revoke or suspend access in cases of misconduct, violation of these Terms, or misuse of content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, including videos, recordings, written materials, notes, documents, and learning resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of Gurukul of Vedic Astrology.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or used commercially without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. Conduct and Ethics

Students are expected to maintain respect, discipline, and appropriate conduct in all interactions, including live sessions, online platforms, and communications with teachers and fellow students.

Any disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behavior may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the Program without refund.

6. Schedule and Program Changes

Gurukul of Vedic Astrology reserves the right to modify Program schedules, session timings, faculty, course content, or delivery methods when necessary. Participants will be notified in advance whenever reasonably possible.

7. Fees and Payments

• All fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials unless a payment plan has been approved.

• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer

All Programs are offered for educational and spiritual learning purposes only. Gurukul of Vedic Astrology makes no guarantees regarding personal, professional, financial, or spiritual outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gurukul of Vedic Astrology shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in Programs or use of its website or platforms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
